1 ★ On Galaxy S9 with Android 10 the app doesn't work. Every time when I start the app wants me to give it permission to have access to the phone. I take and after that.... nothing.
ane ★ I paid over a grand for my stereo, and I've tried to go this app to work twice at present. It keeps telling me my phone isn't associated with the stereo, even tho I'm connected via Bluetooth and USB. All I really wanted was to apply the online traffic data feature so I could receive traffic alerts. But I'g really disappointed that such a popular brand name couldn't accomplish a simple, compatible app.
1 ★ Useless does not work on a modernistic phone. Waste of money this Pioneer head unit. It doesn't exercise annihilation it claimed. My telephone has never been able to connect. Save your money.

ane ★ Liked it at first for the live traffic. Made two purchases to renew the continued services and update maps and when I try to download them it tells me unexpected error 101. And then they got my money and I didn't get what I paid for. Developers will non contact me back for a refund and google is no help. Do non waste matter yous time with this app
1 ★ Plain, this app won't work with newer Android Os. It keeps asking for permission to a phone although it already has all of the permissions. If you pass up, it says that it needs access to your phone. If you accept, it takes you lot to your permissions where all the permissions are allowed. Thisapp is in serious need of an update.

iii ★ I Institute THE FIX. I'm and then angry that Pioneer didn't brand this main stream but I finally fabricated it piece of work and it's really pretty unproblematic. First, get to Pioneers website, select whatever radio you accept, and download information technology's firmware update. Practise the system firmware update then do the same steps but under the Bluetooth tab for the Bluetooth. Firmware should now be 1.08 and Bluetooth should be HW01-SW03.41.thirteen FORTH: Connect your phone according to the instructions, associate your phone and DOWNLOAD THE MAPS ONTO YOUR PHONE. I got it working this way and i hope y'all guys can too.
one ★ thought I'd give information technology a try, seeing as i purchased the 8200nex, however i do non recommend this app at all. after initial ready, rather than employ the external GPS antenna supplies with the receiver, it reverts to employ the telephone GPS antenna, or lacks features built into the caput unit of measurement, such as creating saved locations. also it doesn't update net based results on the head unit even with perfect connections
1 ★ POINTLESS APP THAT REFUSES TO Work ON MY PIONEER AVIC F980DAB CARE STEREO SYSTEM. My pioneer AVIC-F980DAB car stereo system keeps saying my associated telephone is not available and fails to sync my Samsung Milky way Note nine phone to my Pioneer AVIC-F980DAB car stereo system reading further down on another post it looks like you have to download firmware updates from your laptop to a USB stick or pollex drive so transfer the new updated firmware from the Pioneer website what a pain in the backside.

one ★ This app worked until a couple of years ago, and so refused to let paid-for traffic data (Pioneer back up were useless), now doesn't work at all on Android x (problem with permissions). Looks as if Pioneer has abandoned it.
one ★ Does not work with newer phones. Tried updating does not work. App needs to exist updated for newer imei
